[ALAC] RDS-WHOIS2-RT

As some of you may know, I have been selected as Chair of the RDS-WHOIS2-RT (on an interim basis, but likely permanent). My intent as Chair is to keep this process as lean and short as possible, and my hope is that it will not have a great impact on my serving as ALAC Chair. But to the extent that there will be some impact, I will be looking to the ALT and other ALAC members to help ensure that the ALAC does not suffer from this. Alan
