[ALAC] RESEND: Category 1 gTLDs - two interesting letters

{with attachments!] Attached please find a letter from the Business Constituency to the Board relating to Category 1 TLDs and the Advice to the Board that we issued in Los Angeles, and a letter from Thomas Schneider, Chair of the GAC to the Board on a number of issues including Category 1 TLDs. It will be harder for the NGPC to take no action. I am told that the next meeting of the NGPC is on Thursday. Alan
