could we add: * Wherever possible, options should be worded in the positive. (I.E. Let's not confuse people with voting options such as, "A yes vote means you vote against accepting the regional advice.") -----Original Message-----

Alan, Sébastien and I said we would agree on text for the proposed new rule on voting and send to ALAC for comment etc. This is an action from the last ALAC call, we should vote on this during our meeting later this week in Sydney.
The proposed text is:
- As the vote is proceeding, we can see how many people have voted. - As the vote is proceeding, we can see who has voted. - As the vote is proceeding, we can see a tally of how the votes have been cast. - The order of the options should not change as the vote proceeds. - Outsiders who cannot vote can look at all of the above interim results. - When the vote is ended, we can see how each person has voted.
Comments please.
Thanks,
Adam
