I can talk about LACRALO, where outreach program is already in our LAC Strategy, in many aspects, touching not only promotion of ICANN Activity but knowledge related to governance, policy and technical aspects depending on the audience. I think we all agree on this direction. But one of my fears is yet another committee - even a renamed one - to solve a problem. My suggestion once there is a renamed Committee is to make the issue of outreach AND engagement an agenda item on the next RALO call - to see what that RALO is doing now and any strategies they have for engagement. All of us then can learn from each other - and maybe wind up with a Mission Statement and strategies that reflect what we are doing or can reasonably expect to do.
