[ALAC] African Statements on Support for new gTLD Applicants and African Participation in ICANN PDPs

Dear ALAC Members, For your review, please find attached the two Cartagena Statements of the African ICANN Community on Support for New gTLD Applicants and Support for African Participation in ICANN Policy Development Processes. The statements were adopted by the African ICANN community during the AFRALO/AfrICANN joint meeting on 7 December 2010.
