It is quite hard, in that it points out that RSSAC is essentially unaccountable to the ICANN community, and that it does not pro-actively advise on root server related issues, or potential ones. Among the recommendations are a request that RSSAC holds its meetings together with ICANN ones, and to enlarge the AC to include representatives from ASO, GNSO, ccNSO, GAC and ALAC. Obviously, the recommendations should be discussed, but the gist of the report is right on target. Patrick
