Of particular interest are:
Item 1.1 approving the new gTLD fee reduction to $47,000 for deserving applicants as well as supporting the current proposed process and criteria documents (links in agenda item 4 of <https://community.icann.org/x/oYHbAQ>https://community.icann.org/x/oYHbAQ).
Item 1.2 on batching applications seems interesting, but I have not yet been able to decipher exactly what they are talking about.
Item 3 approving Board member compensation
Item 4 approving new Conflict of Interest rules related to new gTLDs.
