We hope this is useful to you in considering the draft Budget currently posted for public comment. ----------------------------------- Dear At Large Community: I understand that there has been strong interest in knowing the impact on the FY10 Operating Plan and Budget from the feedback provided. The short answer is "a lot". The longer answer is we read and analyzed all feedback, and we worked hard to analyze and synthesize the information. To see some of the analyses performed, attached is the analysis of the ALAC comments which shows 21 of 39 comments have been included in the recently posted Travel Guidelines or FY10 Operating Plan and Budget. Also attached are the recently posted documents with highlights for impacts of At Large comments. The Board and Board Finance Committee also considers how to address the extensive, and often times conflicting, feedback received from the myriad of groups. Ultimately the Board decides on the best budget for ICANN. I look forward to more feedback on the recently posted draft FY10 Budget, in our upcoming conference calls, and in Sydney.
