Dear All, Please see below the questions that members of the Board are interested in discussing with ALAC/At-Large on Tuesday, 25 October between 8:30 and 9:30 in B/C 12: JAS - How would ALAC like the board to consider their advice? CEO Search - What qualities do you think we ought to be seeking in a new CEO? What are your criteria for openness, transparency, etc. in the hiring process, bearing in mind considerations of responsibility to candidates and community, privacy, Board confidence, etc. Ethics Guidelines -What are your top 3 concerns and proposals to address them ( within the confines of the multistakeholder, voluntary participation model)? Has ALAC considering developing some principles around topics like WHOIS and consumer trust similar to what the GAC has developed - that will help guide ICANN's policy development groups.
