Thanks for your question, Carlton. In brief, the answer is nuanced and if you would indulge me, I will provide an longer explanation at the ALAC Monthly Call - the reason being that by that time, the GNSO Council draft charter review team would have met *twice* already, hence I should be able to provide better information on where we are at, during the ALAC call.
