Its funny, I got my itinerary on Friday but it certainly wasn't one that I could live with (TWO stops in the US!) and e-mailed them back with my concerns on the same day. I got an out of office response from the BCD rep stating that she wouldn't be at work today. Niiiiiiiiice.

Yes, this doesn't seem to be an isolated case; counting yours, Carlos, Didier and mine. My form was returned on the 15th Jan and to date, no response. Based on Didier's intervention, I have since forwarded the original mail, this time copying several others into the thread. I got a "Out of Office" response from Stacey Hoffberg so at least I know that I'm routing out of country.
Maybe BCD Travel is waiting for the final cutoff date and process all responses at once.

If you did not receive notification yet it mean that they did nor handle your form. My self I sent the form on january 15th, to day I send a reminder to them, and they tald me that they did not receive my form yet and ask me to resend. This is what I did and I receive nos an automatic notification.
