The GAC was discussing it until late at night, it was obviously not an easy deal. Happy they could agree on this language finally. Still I think we have to take their reservations regarding recommendation 11 seriously and should, as ALAC , support them and collaborate during Work stream 2. Totally agree Sandra. All the observation they and we made are point to raise again not only at stream 2 but also during the implementation process that I believe will start as soon as we get the go ahead from US gov, and may not wait for stream 2 work.
