Dear ALAC members, I have been contacted by the NCSG Chair, asking whether the ALAC would like to sign on this reconsideration request. With a turnaround of less than 48H, I asked the ALT for advice on this topic. The response I have received is that a reconsideration request is a serious procedure that would require the normal ratification process of the ALAC. - The Business Constituency;

- The Registries Stakeholder Group; and

- The Non-Commercial Stakeholders Group (NCSG)

Regardless of the formal consideration of this request, I remain open to hearing from any parts of the GNSO on how they would like to see the current accountability plan changed. I am happy to participate in a teleconference with any of the GNSO constituencies or stakeholder groups.

The ICANN staff have scheduled a meeting for:

I won't be at that meeting, but will be interested to follow what is said at that meeting by the community.
