Hi, There's a strong civil society network in Korea that could be contacted to help with outreach for the Seoul meeting. A lot of local groups active in preparations for last year's OECD ministerial meeting on the future of the Internet. There's also some good local experience of ICANN, past NCUC GNSO council members from Korea, etc. Happy to help with this if needed. Best, Adam
