Hi Ali and Cheryl,
I note that APRALO is seeking applications under CROPP for outreach purposes.
I'd like to mention TechShare India that is held every two years in New Delhi. It focuses on technology, accessibility and people with disability.
As ICANN is starting to consider accessibility for people with disability more now, it seems a relevant event in our region for raising awareness about ICANN and recruiting ALSs not only from India but from other countries in the region. The 2012 event had 500 delegates.

As it is fast approaching in a month's time, I gather that travel to TechShare is not really feasible under CROPP funding guidelines that state a minimum of six weeks notice is needed.
However, I thought that I would bring it to your attention. It may be a useful conference for Satish Babu to attend in any case.
Kind regards, Gunela
