It has been suggested that APRALO hold its General Assembly on Saturday February 9th 2008 to allow the ALAC and Secretariats to meet on the 10th.
ICANN will arrange 1 delegate per ALS to attend the meeting. As such, I would like your comments on whether this would suit you, as it does mean arriving a bit earlier than you normally would - probably on the 7th or 8th, depending on your point of origin and flight availability.
The other option is to hold the GA on Monday 11th, but this has some potential conflict with another ALAC meeting.
I would appreciate your comments by Friday 7th December to enable the planning and logistics to proceed in a timely manner.
