Dear all, As one of the nominees for the ALAC representative election, I would like to further show my willingness to involve in APRALO/ALAC discussion of important issues and contribute my ideas and insights about Internet Governance for the region in the future. In the past three years, I continuously participate in ICANN-related activities and join the discussion of IDN and IPv6 of different working groups under the structure of ICANN and APNIC. With the understanding of the complicities and importance of those discussions on technical development and Internet Governance, I fully realize that the position of ALAC representative would be critical to the future development of Internet not only in the region but the world. Thus, I would be committed to fully join the related discussion in ALAC meetings. At-large communities represent the voices of Internet end-users around the world. I have been involved in the ISOC-TW activities for a long time and have many experiences to bridge internet end-users and different Internet Governance organizations. Thus, with my long-term experiences and involvement, I would like to contribute my time and expertise for the position of ALAC representatives.
