The election process for the ALAC Board Liaison, who represents the ALAC and At-Large at the Board level has been slightly amended this year as specified by the <<https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi?board_liaison_process_2009>https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi?board_liaison_process_2009>Board Liaison Process 2009, which was adopted by the ALAC at their August 4th meeting.
