This briefing call will include a brief background on Whois as well as a review of the recommendations in the WHOIS Policy Review Team Draft Report, especially on consumer trust, security, privacy and anonymity. Guest speakers will be: * Liz Gasster (Senior Policy Counselor, ICANN Policy Support) Introduction to Whois. * Seth Reiss (At-Large representative to the Whois RT) Review of the Whois RT report. * Jim Galvin (VC of the SSAC) The concerns of the SSAC on Whois.
