May I extend once again my apologies for the technical problems. This is one of two times that this particular excuse was used by Verizon, despite our multiple reconfirmations of teleconference details in advance of meetings. I am having conversations with Denise and Doug about this issue. Aside from anything else, I'm sure you are as tired of my apologising for this ongoing problem as I am of extending those apologies. * Even though many of you will no doubt know by now that we were unable to use the teleconference facilities for our remote participation you may not know the specific reason...The service providor maintained that they had NOT been informed of the change of date and time for this months meeting. I'm sure this is and only time we will be met with such dissapointment, and we will ensure that some form of contingeny plan exists for future meetings but I am equally certain that this was not something that was 'our {or ICANN's} fault'
On this matter if you wish to register your apologies or a report /comments on any of the listed Agenda items please do so ASAP so that they can be integrated into our early meeting notes.
