With regards to time, may I suggest to start at 9:30AM Hong Kong Time.
I believe ICANN has the room booked for us for the whole day (Nick please confirm). Nevertheless, if others are ok, as mentioned previously, ISOC HK is organizing a series of events in the day, and would like to borrow the room for 1 hour between 3:15-4:15 pm, in return we will offer free coffee and snacks during that time :-)

- Call for assignment of working groups on issues - Outreach efforts : recruitment of ALS' i.e. how, target number : vetting of ALS' by APRALO (procedure) : engagement in Internet community activities - APRALO meetings : physical how often, where : teleconference how often, when - APRALO website - APRALO Budget : outline our requirements so $$$ can be worked out - APRALO Workplan : summary of above deliberations as the basis of a definitive workplan
