She not only chaired many of these task forces, but also was pen-holder of numerous ALAC Advices and statements. She has been the most important person in ALAC's policy effort representing end-users' interests, especially representing APRALO.
Therefore, I fully believe Holly is the best person to represent APRALO at ALAC.
