ARISPA is an association of regional ISPs. They were advised that as they were an industry trade association, it would be better to apply to the ISP or BC constituency in the GNSO. A discussion between them and Baher Esmat did verify that they were a trade association. We are waiting for a formal notification from them that their application is withdrawn.
