Hi Everyone, So far, I have confirmation from the following who will be attending in person (8): - Raj - Cheryl - Bilal - From ISOC HK: myself, Charles Mok and John Fung - From HKIF: Christopher To and Gary Soo Who will be joining via teleconference? (I think Nick mentioned that he will be) Others who can join via teleconference, please let us know as well. (Nick, please confirm the teleconference line to use) With regards to time, may I suggest to start at 9:30AM Hong Kong Time. I believe ICANN has the room booked for us for the whole day (Nick please confirm). Nevertheless, if others are ok, as mentioned previously, ISOC HK is organizing a series of events in the day, and would like to borrow the room for 1 hour between 3:15-4:15 pm, in return we will offer free coffee and snacks during that time :-) Below is the draft agenda we had for your quick reference:

- Call for assignment of working groups on issues - Outreach efforts : recruitment of ALS' i.e. how, target number : vetting of ALS' by APRALO (procedure) : engagement in Internet community activities - APRALO meetings : physical how often, where : teleconference how often, when - APRALO website - APRALO Budget : outline our requirements so $$$ can be worked out - APRALO Workplan : summary of above deliberations as the basis of a definitive workplan
