I really wich I could join, but I got an important meeting with a client, which I have no direct control - so that I had to cancel the flight I booked. Edmon has a draft agenda which he will circulate for comments shortly. (Edmon, from that last one we had a hack at on Skype, can you add the ALAC Liaison Interview as an item and post to the list? Nick will try and arrange this next week so if we have it early morning HK time during the meeting we should be OK timezone-wise for the candidates - provided they are available).

Looking at the last round of responses, I think Raj and yourself and Bilal may possibly be traveling for the meeting. I have also heard confirmation from ISC and ISOC TW who will be coming. Izumi suddenly has another meeting and will not be able to join. Cheryl, David and Nick will be joining remotely.
So, I think it is likely we could get some financial support for yourself and Raj to be physically here in Hong Kong . That should bring the participant for the meeting (physically) to about 11-13 persons already (Considering there are 2 ALSes in HK), plus 3-5 more joining via teleconference. So we should have a pretty good turnout.

How many person will fly to HK for the meeting now (Edmon, Raj, Izumi, ISC)? If necessary, I can fly to HK for such meeting, but I need funding support for the expense. I will check the cost and get back to you.
