Please, see a my brief statement: I've had the privilege of immersing myself in the cybersecurity landscape for several years, and I'm consistently driven by a passion to contribute to a better future for the Internet. Through initiatives like the Internet Development Initiative (IDI), Cyber Security Academy (CSA) and the Georgian Information Security Association (GISA), I've been able to foster both educational and professional growth in the field. I've been fortunate to contribute to shaping effective cybersecurity policies and strategies on an international scale, leveraging my experience and insights gained from diverse leadership positions. With an MA in Political Science focusing on International Security and International Development, and pursuit of a PhD in Public Governance specializing in "Cybersecurity Policy and Strategy of Management," I'm dedicated to staying at the forefront of this ever-evolving field. I would like to indicate that at this moment my research interest is a process of Internet fragmentation. My experience collaborating with international organizations and in the first place, of course, with the ICANN underscores my commitment to drive positive change beyond borders. I believe my experience, knowledge and dedication, make me a suitable candidate for the role of APRALO Vice Chair. My ability to speak English is improving, however, I believe this won’t be an obstacle in the tolerant environment of ICANN, especially considering that I speak Russian fluently. I am eager to leverage my diverse accomplishments in education, policy, strategy, and academia to contribute meaningfully to APRALO's mission.
