As TH mentions below, this is the same issues raised in Thematic Group 5 and this is largely the same issues raised in ATLAS I and every time we discuss outreach. We are a much larger more diverse group now than ATLAS I, so I hope we can get some new innovative solutions to progress forward. What about a project to identify - and share - talents/skills within our region. Just a list that says this group/person has technical skills etc or APNIC provides free training, etc, or people like me can bore groups rigid with lessons on communications regulatory policy, etc.
