Dear All, The Capacity Building Working Group (CBWG) leadership would like to continue the dialogues begun during the “Art of Small Talk” workshop<https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/2021-11-29+At-Large+Capacity+Bui...> held on 29 November 2021. On behalf of the CBWG leadership, this is a call for interested community members willing to share a specific story, or case study, with the working group. Specifically, we seek real-life stories where cultural differences have impacted communication and how those situations were resolved. The CBWG plans to incorporate these real-life experiences into their ongoing trainings navigating the art of small talk in a multicultural environment. Community members are requested to please indicate their interest to share their real-life story of challenging communication in a multicultural environment, and also send a brief summary of their story, to At-Large Staff by Friday, 21 January 2022.
