Documents and Draft Agenda for the Bali Meeting
Dear All: My apologies for the meeting documents not having been transmitted earlier. I have prepared a draft agenda, incorporating (I hope all) points made previously about what should be discussed, and also preparatory documents to facilitate the meeting. Of course, as stated, the agenda is in draft form and may be amended as you all wish at the meeting. Dear Nick, Thank you for taking care of these. I arrived Bali last night, late, and just finished the full day meeting of AP-Star in which I made a presenation on AP-RALO. Here, it is very warm and humid, as you can imagine, but inside the room, the air-con is quite strong - better bring some long-sleeves to cover for those who are coming. Thanks for Nick's draft agenda. Looks very well, thought we may need to add another important item after 6--*formation of the RALO and election of the Officers (Chairs, Secretariat, etc.)*. Unless my memory were wrong, our OPs present a more complicated leadership structure than LAC does. Hong 1. Opening of the session 2. Welcome 3. Election of a Chair 4. Adoption of the agenda 5.
