Teddy, Before you raise this issue, I would advise you to go to Tuvalu and discuss with the people there. Do not enter affairs with little knowledge especially when they are someone else. Just to give you some ideas. The proceeds of the ccTLD TV is, I think, about 20% of the national budget of Tuvalu. Tuvalu is famous because, it may be the first country that will suffer from global warming and sea level rise. Global warming partly due to deforestation from aggressive logging companies...
