On Marratech, with the whiteboard, I have noticed that you need to login in advance to the conference room, to be able to download all the slides before the meeting start... Also important to have all the slides uploaded well before the meeting. A little bit of preparation is needed...

As you all know I'm a big fan of making remote participation work as seamlessly as possible. Some of the things we've tried at this meeting (telephonic participation, Java-based ( Marratech) shared whiteboard) have worked OK for some meetings, and others not so well (the whiteboard seems to be problematic in particular in a conference setting, due I think to bandwidth perhaps), and there are some new ICANN-provided services (see public.icann.org) which could work very well.
