Good afternoon: Thankyou Vanda for this sad news. Each of us recall our close association with Nigel, for which we thank his memory. For my part I recall especially Nigel's role as Head of the ICANN Brussels office and his leading voice in the GAC. We have been privileged to have known such a man: Knowledgeable, Principled, unbiased and globally comprehensive. Thankyou, Nigel Hickson. Regards to you all, Christopher Wilkinson PS: I trust that ICANN will find the appropriate manner in which to express the Community's recognition to his Family and Colleagues.
