I thought it was a masterful job of side-stepping the controversial issues, placing the blame for past problems right where it belongs and making it clear that ICANN can do a MUCH better job if there is a real will to do so.

Quite so, it's an excellent job. Congrats all around, and I hope we can get ICANN to take it more seriously than the last hundred WHOIS reports. R's, John
