ccTLDs are bound to pave the way for national governments to control their national Internet space. IDN TLDs would open up another dimension of local laws for Internet. ICANN and the Internet Community may have to find ways of working even more closely with ccTLD registries and NICs to promote gTLD like policies in the ccTLD space.
