I would like to nominate Frans Gerbosch for the working group IDNs. Frans is Council member of the PIR, member of advisory committee EURid, member of Agent Advisory Committee of DNS.BE. He was a pioneer in ISP in the early Internet start in Belgium (founder of the first Belgian ISP, member ISPA, ...).
