Hey, we are still working on it with a few other parties and hope to have something to send to the TMCH-TECH list created by ICANN by the end of next week (hopefully). After that technical group has a chance to review, it will be sent out to the community. By the way that TMCH-TECH list is a public list, so anyone that is interested can follow along in the discussions.
