[At-Large] Announcement of the IANA Naming Function Review Team (IFRT)

ICANN has announced the team that will conduct the first IANA Naming Function Review (IFR). The Review will conduct a review of the Public Technical Identifiers (PTI) <https://icannwiki.org/Public_Technical_Identifiers> to ensure that it meets the needs and expectations of its naming customers (registry operators, root server operators, etc).
