Software patent always raised many position in favor and against it. The reality behind all these if the need to WIPO to rethink the whole framework inside Patent world, as is mark, transference of technology, and of course patents. Before this change be made will be quite difficult to reach a good model for the world we live now, not the one when in 1890¹s the patent model has been created. My 2 cents.
