Indeed, I believe none of the ALSs will have seen it because despite the fact that it tells us nothing new beyond providing a compilation of official documents relating to domain tasting, ALAC members were instructed not to share it by prior staff. A report has been requested by the ALAC of the staff in relation to Domain Monetisation and as a result I have done some digging and found the attached report on the issue. I attach it as the report may not have been widely disseminated at the time and in any case many new ALSes have become involved in At-Large since it was prepared and likely will not have seen it.
