I know of at least two (2) ccTLDs in the Caribbean that are beneficiaries of a little serendipity occasioned by language. To their health and profit, too! And one of the few times those of us downwind gets an unintended benefit in this ecosystem. We would not wish to see - and would strongly oppose - anything developed that would deny them this fortuitous windfall.
