[At-Large] Update: ICANN 66 Ombuds Complaint

I was informed today that: "I (Herb Waye-ICANN Ombudsman) can confirm that Ayden (Ferdeline) has voluntarily withdrawn from participation in the ICANN community, stakeholder groups and working groups. The Office of the Ombudsman only has jurisdiction over ICANN community members. I can confirm to you that my investigation into Ayden’s behavior has effectively been paused (temporarily resolved) for as long as he remains outside of ICANN’s community."
