Joly and all, I don't believe in the idea that the ISOC-NY "Deserves" a TLD, but I also see no reason why .NYC could not be created as long as it wasn't managed by ISOC-NY but rather by some other entity. One question would be, is there sufficient funding avaliable to manage the proposed .NYC, or is Donnald Trump ponying up the funding? I do hope it's not Mike Roberts!
