Doesn't seem appropriate to judge "apologies" as equal to "absent" for teleconferences. Which may be a problem with the procedures rather than staff's assessment. Adam
Thanks for the question Evan - the answer is that the performance requirements for ALAC members are on a rolling 6 and 9-month basis - so we went back 9 months.
