Why are you creating problems where none exist? Had this been an issue, Nick, you should have indicated the lack of seconders _before_ the deadline had passed. Email is an imperfect medium, and sometimes things slip through. Your role should be to err on the side of participation, not disqualification. Given ALAC's history of grinding painfully over pointless procedural obstacles, this is not the time for staff to start another. - Evan
