[At-Large] IBDI certified as ALS

Dear members of ALAC, I just saw IBDI (82) was the first brazilian entity accredited as ALS for LAC.

From now on I believe we can join the discussions, or we should wait for the ALAC notification and infos (steps 6 and 7)?
