Indeed, I tried as well to access https://goo.gl/D2wwqw using an account that was different from the one I am subscribed with, and got the same result - except that the error message was in Italian 😜. If I remember correctly, I have been manually subscribed by a list manager. I copy Melinda Clem who will know what to do in this case.
