Not a statistical one, but if we draft some questions and then send them out to the ALSes and the general public, it might be easier for people to respond. I found that when specific questions are asked, we got more input from the Caribbean lists than if we posted a statement and asked for comment... Maybe people find it easier to reply to formed questions than to write a free form statement. It won't be statistically relevant, but it might get more participation?
