Just arriving but let me add some comments, if I may; Once we start to talk about international ICANN, and we are certainly moving into this direction, the Governments representation will growth of importance. It is clear to any interested person that GACs voice is been much more heard now, by all constituencies, than before. ALAC is an important constituency and to have a liaison attending GAC could give us a clear indication about GAC thoughts and direction, relating to important issues with several levels of impact for the users. Of course the liaison needs to have the capacity to read the messages going on during the floor debate at closed GAC sessions.
