As mentioned in my Report to this meeting earlier this afternoon... I am aware that the Board wishes to have access to copy of the At-Large Summit Declaration prepared as a joint reporting document from the Working Groups (populated by our At-Large Summit ALS delegates and others) as a result of our activities here in Mexico... This is an excellent example of what can be achieved "from the edges" when proper resources and motivation is supplied and applied...
