It happens that this is precisely the theme of this year as this may be the case on Sept 1st, 2009. Don't you think it could be more productive for all of us, including Jeff Williams, to debate this point, as the NTIA does. Another discussion priority could be : why france@large has not yet received the readable terms answer promised by the Staff, what prevents it to engage into any reconsideration procedure.
